Abstract Submission

3. Registration

The call for abstracts is open now. All abstracts are to be submitted through the online abstract submission process. You may select and entry the appropriate symposium for your contribution or the general session (oral or poster). Individual oral presentations are 20 minutes in length, including time for discussion. Keynote talk is 40 minutes. Each participant is allowed to deliver two presentations at maximum throughout the conference. Two oral presentations, one oral and one poster presentations, or two poster presentations are acceptable for each participant.

The abstract should be written in English and not exceed 400 words. We strongly advise you to use the template for your abstract [Abstract_template_IPCIOPC2012_3.doc]. The abstract contains text only – graphs, pictures, and tables cannot be inserted. The abstracts will be reviewed by the symposium organizer(s) and/or member(s) of the program committee, which will make the final determination as to whether an abstract is accepted. Symposium organizers and the program committee reserve the right to assign accepted contributions to either oral or poster presentation. The notifications of acceptance will be sent by email. Abstracts will be published in the special issue of the Japanese Journal of Palynology, which will be distributed at the conference.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.

Please note:
